“The Best Doubles Team Award” will first be launched
in November 2003.
Hong Kong Tennis Patron’s Association (HKTPA) is delighted
to present “The Best Doubles Team Award”, which
aims to find the best tennis couples in Hong Kong, whilst
promoting the sport within the local community. In addition,
this award strives to bring together different levels of the
sport, such as club, league and social tennis.
You can qualify to enter “The Best Doubles Team Award”
if you and your partner have taken part in any recognized
domestic competitions at school, club, LCSD or national level;
or if you volunteered at any tennis events; such as at club
houses, school or open tournaments; or if you are both registered
members of the Hong Kong Tennis Association.
6 awards have been specially designed for
this competition. Winners will receive valuable prizes, such
as autographed racquets, as well as FREE
tickets to next year’s Watsons Water Champions
Challenge from January 8-10th, 2004. The champion will also
have the opportunity of having their photograph taken
with one of the star players!
So don’t delay! You and your partner should immediately
fill in the application form and submit it no later than December
27th, 2003. The results will be published here on the official
tournament website on January 3rd, 2004.
